SMS Journal of Business Management is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), in english language on a biannual basis. The journal focuses on publishing theoretical and empirical research, including quantitative, qualitative, meta-analytic, and mixed-methods research from the domains of business strategy, finance, marketing, organizational behaviour and human resource management, operations, entrepreneurship, and business research methods. This journal hopes to support the community of academicians, researchers, and business professionals by promoting the deliberation and dissemination  of contemporary trends in management research.
